Dot all the i's, cross all the t's. Then hire consultants to agree with your i's and t's. Then form a task force to be sure all the i's and all the t's were identified. And we're all dead.
why are movie theatres open for business
The theaters are open to make money. The workers and customers may die. The theater owners don't care, they want their money. The movie studios don't care, they want their money.
